About Voss Resort

Voss Resort is one of the largest alpine ski resorts in western Norway and is located just a 1.5-hour drive east from Bergen. With 10 lifts, 23 varied alpine slopes, and 18 kilometers of cross country ski trails, it is the perfect destination for all types of skiers.

Getting There


From Bergen, follow road E16 east towards Oslo for 103 kilometers until turning left onto Ringheimsvegen road towards “Bavallen” and “Voss”. Keep left on Ringheimsvegen and drive for 700 meters until turning right onto Bavallsvegen. Follow the road for about a kilometer until you arrive at Voss Resort.


From Bergen, you can take the ØstVestEkspress bus to Voss. The bus, one of NOR-WAY Bussekspress’ routes, departs Bergen daily around 9:00am and arrives at Voss station around 10:45am.

From downtown Voss, you have the option of taking a free bus to Voss Resort. The pick up point is behind Voss Sparebank, next door to Voss Station, and it departs multiple times a day. View the departure times here.
