Skjervika

Padleled Vestfold is a network of paddling routes located along the coastline of Vestfold county from Svelvik, in the north, to Larvik, in the south.

Located in the inner part of Sandebukta bay, you find the Skjervika recreational area, a popular destination for swimming, fishing and also a common pitstop for hikers along the coastal trails. Here you will find all necessary facilities and a beautiful view over the bay.

Skjervika is a great starting point for paddling in the perfect sheltered waters and exploring the nearby islands.

In Skjervika, kayaks and equipment need to be carried a short distance down to the water. There is a large grassy area and public toilets available. The nearest grocery store is located in “Sande sentrum” (Sande center), about 3 kilometers further north of Skjervika.
