Park at the cultural heritage site on the eastern side of the village.
Trail description
The trail to Storfjellet is not always clear, but is more a less a straight line to the peak.
From the parking lot, look for a gravel road on the other side of the main road. Follow the road between the buildings.
After a short while the road turns to the left, but continue on the trail straight ahead.
You'll pass under Mortensnesfjellet and see the Nordvivatnet Lake ahead. Keep the lake to your right and start ascending Storfjellet directly ahead of you.
