About Askevågen
At the end of a short breakwater, a small viewpoint has been constructed to bring you into close contact with the Atlantic Ocean. A glass barrier stops the spray from making you too wet as you take in the views in this remote part of the coast.
Getting there
Askevågen is a short detour from Road 6060 along Norwegian Scenic Route Atlanterhavsvegen.
Look for the turnoff to Askevågen about 10 kilometers east of Bud. Follow the road towards the coast, before taking the first left turn and continuing to the parking lot by the breakwater at the end of the road.
