Eiafossen Hiking Trail
Take a walk under the mighty Trollveggen

The Eiafossen trail is a short loop at the base of Trollveggen. The trail starts by the visitor center and leads to Eiafossen Waterfall and along the beautiful Rauma River.
This is a family-friendly trail, and perfect for stretching your legs after a lot of time in the car.
The trail starts near the Trollveggen visitor center on road E136, 11 kilometers from Åndalsnes. There is a large parking lot at the visitor center.
Find the yellow station building at the opposite end of the parking lot to the visitor center. This is where the trail begins.
From the station, continue along the road until you reach the railway underpass. Cross under the railway and head through the burial field from 400-1000 AD. You will soon reach the river and need to hop over a fence.
Follow the trail north through the woods before it once again reaches the river. From here, the trail follows the river towards Trollveggen Camping.
After passing through the campground, you will return to the road that leads back to the parking lot.
The Trollveggen visitor center is open between June 1st and August 31st and has the following facilities:
