How to get there:
About 3 kilometres East of Ål exit Rv 7 onto Fv 244 towards Bergsjø. Follow for almost 3 kilometres, exit right onto Votndalsvegen, then onto Skrindovegen, onto Åsetnovegen and then Lyavegn to the parking at Tormodset. About 22 kilometres from Ål Center. Toll road.

4 kilometres back and forth. 947 - 1051 masl.

Hike along gravel roads and paths in gentle terrain. Partly marshy. The highlight for this trip is the magnificent view from Kinnhovda.
From the parking you follow the tractor road towards Nilsestølen. After about 1,2 kilometres the path from Tveitekinn will meet the tractor road. From here follow the marked path to Kinnhovda.
If you want to make this hike a roundtrip, follow the path marked Løkenstjørne. Along this path you can see old coal pits and iron ore.
