Bøvertråkket is a nice and varied roundtrip for both small feet, strollers and the rest of the family in the middle of Bjorli. The tour is a nice break for both big and small explorers!
Turn off the E136 at the roundabout at Bjorli. You can either park at the gas station or at the big parking lot at Bjorli ski resort (parking fee). The startingpoint to Bøvertråkket is by the gas station.
From the gas station you go westward Parallellvegen to Bøvervegen, between the cabins and over the bridge over the river Bøvre. Then you will get up to the road to the ski resort. Follow the Løkjevegen to Vetlegrenda, cross the Skriuvegen and head towards Furulund, where you enter Ljosmyre and follow it down to E136. Cross the E136 and continue straight across the railway and down to the river Rauma. Follow the river a little west. Then walk the Vasstårnvegen up to the roundabout and back again to the starting point.
There is a nice bathing area close by where you walk up Vasstårnvegen back to the starting point.
An out-and-back route takes you to a certain point, for example the peak of a mountain, before returning to the start along the same trail. Distance and duration calculations are based on the total trip.
A loop route, also known as a circuit, brings you back to the start while avoiding retracing your steps. Distance and duration calculations are based on the total trip.
A point-to-point route takes you from one location to another, without returning to the start. Distance and duration calculations are based on one-way travel.
