Getting there
From Oppdal, drive Rv 70 west for about 20 km to Lønset. Follow Storlidalsveien until it ends. By Storli you will find parking and a service building. Parking fee.
Trail description
From the parking by Storli, you start by crossing a field in the direction of south-west down to the river Lona, and cross the bridge. Continue up between Gråhaugen and Sløbekken, and furthermore up Grugguskaret until you reach the top of the draw. Continue west towards the ridge between Nonshøa and Indre Grynningshø. Continue northwest up towards the east side of Nonshøa, and follow the ridge to the top.
