About Bergsjø and Reine

Looking for a place for you cross country weekend? Bergsjøstølen is a high mountain area with great winter conditions offering great roundtrips, short and long trails and easy terrain. This trails takes you to a small cabin at Reine serving wafles and coffee when you arrive.

Bergsjøstølen is found 30 km from the center of the village Ål, and you have to pay a fee at the parking lot. 

Trail description

The trail starts at Bergsjøstølen and goes to a area called Reine with small cabins and mountain farms. There are no open roads to this area during winter, only the cross country trails.

Book your weekend at Bergsjøstølen and hit the 154 km of slopes. The slopes are all in high mountain terrain with open views toward Hallingskarvet and Hardangervidda National Park.
