About Knivfjellet

Knivfjellet offers fantastic views of Drammensfjorden and Oslofjorden. The hike is not very steep but the views from here is absolutely great and well worth the 1.5 hour hike up. There are lots of small places to stop to get some great views, so make sure you have some extra time once you are up there to enjoy it all.

You can park your car at the parking lot right by the soccer field. From there head towards the forest and you will find the ski track. Make sure you follow this track upwards. After about 300-400 meters you will see a path going further into the forest on your right hand side. Head up that path and now you follow along until you get to a small road. Take a right on the small road and then follow along for 300 meters until you will find the path going up to the left again.
