How to get there:
From Ål center, drive towards West on Sundrevegen. Exit right onto Øvre-Ålsvegen and Fv 246 to Ål Outdoor Museum (Leksvoll).

Be aware of grazing sheep.
The trip starts at Ål Outdoor Museum and you must follow both roads and paths. Cross the road at Teigengutu and follow the steam until you reach the Helling farm. From here the round trip goes along an old cattle road through an impressive cultural landscape. The trail has been prepared with an restored bridge. At the viewpoint there is a bench and information board with stories from Øvre-Ål.
For a longer roundtrip you may continue on to Damtjørne, where there is a shelter and bonefire place.
