About Einbuløypa

The cross-country skiing track, Einbuløypa, at Bjorli is a varied and fun track. It is situated on the sunny side of the valley.

Getting there

The starting point of the tour is at Bjorli or close to the Sør-Einbugardane at Lesjaskog. Recommended skiing-direction is clockwise. There are several ways to get to the starting point. Drive off the E136 from the roundabout in Bjorli and onto Bjorlivegen. After you pass the grocery store, turn right onto Skriuvegen and follow the road upwards the cabin field. In a crossroad you can choose either to keep left until parking at the end of the road, or you can turn right and onto Skriuvegen and then Kongelbergvegen until parking in a left turn. The trail is signposted from here. Otherwise, you can park nearby Sør-Einbu and Øyom at Lesjaskog.

Trail description

The tracks are prepared for freestyle and classic cross-country skiing in a relative flat terrain. A traditional shelter is located furthest east close to the track. It is a nice place to enjoy lunch. Here you’ll find information about a digital guestbook/visitor registration.

You can also reach the trail from the alpine skiing slope in "Storsvingen".

Facts

The trail is prepared on weekends in the season, depending on weather conditions. In cold weather, priority is given to it.
